Ayurveda teaches us to rejuvenate and restore the body after the hot and depleting summer.   To make it easy, this September & October I am providing a complete rejuvenation and purification program with your personalized herbal package that you can do at home, with my support.

This powerful home program is a complete and thorough rejuvenation and purification for the body.  Unlike many modern approaches of cleansing, which starve the body, this program draws from the wisdom of Ayurveda, in which we aim to purify the body and nourish it at the same time.  In releasing the accumulated heat and wastes, while building and strengthening the tissues, we are promoting health through the Autumn. This helps us to better tolerate the coming winter.

Notes:  Khabir will recommend a 7, 14 or 21 day program as per your requirements. Additional products may be recommended for other condtions (paid separately). People with multiple chronic health condtions and those who are severely depleted or underweight should not undergod this program and opt for an regular appointment.
