- Instructions and support for traditional home remedies
- Individualized herbal product recommendations (billed separately)
- Daily and seasonal routine suggestions based on Ayurveda

Appointments north of San Antonio in Bulverde TX
Initial consultations last 90 minutes, depending on the nature of your concerns and the number of health conditions you have. Private consultations are available by scheduled appointments. Call or text (210) 453-5858 for assistance.
Remote Appointments
Remote appointments are available by Zoom. The appointment will consist of a 60-to 90-minute remote session. The recommended herbal products can be mailed anywhere in the USA and most countries.
Fees for appointments with Mr. Southwick
- Initial appointment: $125 - 90 minutes (in person or on Zoom)
- Follow-up appointments: $75 - 60 minutes (in person or on Zoom)

Days & Times
The office is available for last-minute appointments. However, an appointment is still required. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and until 2:00 pm on Saturday. Appointments can be scheduled online from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with availability on Sundays and evenings upon request. To see available times and schedule an appointment.
Payment Policy
Payment for services is required at the time of appointment for office clients or in advance for remote clients. Detailed receipts will be emailed for all services and products purchased.
Visa, MasterCard, and Amex are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours will incur a charge of $50. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergency situations.
Product recommendations
Teas, herbal formulas, supplements, spices, oils, and other products are not included in consulting fees or programs unless specifically stated. We use the highest quality, ethically wildcrafted, pure, and organic herbs in our Ayurvedic herbal preparations and teas. * Herbal product costs: Generally, the formulas are $12.5 - $17 for a 2 oz. bag; $27 to $29 for a 4 oz. jar; and $38 or $42 for a 6 oz bag of powdered herbs; $16.5 or $19.5 for a 2.5 oz. or 3.0 oz. bag of loose herbal tea blends; and $15.50 for 4 oz. of herbal oils. Prices are set based on the cost of the ingredients, not the weight. . Unopened, sealed, labeled products are refundable within 15 days of purchase, except "custom" made products with a 20% restocking fee.
Insurance
We do not bill insurance directly, but we will prepare a detailed bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your insurance covers health coaching, naturopathic, or nutritional consulting visits. We do not bill Medicare.
All sessions include documentation, handouts, and links to recommended products, as well as follow-up support by text or email as needed. Herbal products are billed separately.
