Herbal remedies are quite effective to manage hormones
Menopause, the period of transition for women, can be a time for health disturbances with the shifting of hormones. Ayurveda, approaches menopause based on the existing dosha imbalance: Vata type symptoms include increased nervousness, anxiety, insomnia and depression. Pitta type menopause symptoms include anger, irritability and short temper, with frequent or pronounced hot flashes. The protocol
