Your nutritional needs
Most health condition has underlying nutritional deficiencies and these can be resolved naturally with specific foods, food-based supplements, juicing and herbs. Often, I see people trying all types of cleanses, diets and treatments while the whole time they were suffered from a longstanding nutritional deficiency.
Scientists have already discovered many links between dietary nutritional deficiencies and disease. Examples include: Zinc deficiencies are found in all autoimmune disorders and poor digestion, leading to impaired nutrient absorption; chromium deficiencies are common in diabetes and weight gain; magnesium deficiencies are common in heart disease and systemic inflammation; low levels of the amino acids tyrosine and tryptophane are common among depressed people; and Vitamin B6 deficiencies create the various side effects that occur in women taking birth control pills and other synthetic hormones. The list goes on . . .

Everyone has some nutritional deficiencies
If you are taking synthetic vitamins or no supplementation at all, then you are probably deficient in some nutrients. Vegetarians often have specific deficiencies while those who have been eating animal products generally have different deficiencies and even excesses. Additionally, most people due to age, a stage in life, stress levels and other factors like being pregnant or nursing have specific nutritional needs that are often not being met with diet alone. Nutritional counseling assures you that you are not just "eating good" but providing all the vitamins, minerals, fat, protein, fiber, enzymes and phytonutrients that your body needs.
"You can trace every sickness, every illness, and every condition to a mineral deficiency. Nobel Laureate, Linus Paulings "
Synthetic Vitamins are not the Answer
Furthermore, most synthetic vitamins are petroleum derivatives or hydrogenated sugar! Most mineral supplements are from rocks processed with industrial chemicals! The health industry has been selling vitamin and mineral supplements as 'natural' when in fact they are isolated substances unlike the chemical and structural properties of actual nutrients found in food. Many commercial-grade vitamin and mineral concentrates are synthesized by the large pharmaceutical and chemical companies from the same starting material that they make their drugs from (coal tar, wood pulp, petroleum products, animal byproducts, waste, ground rocks, stones and metal.)
Supplements made in whole, or part, from synthetics or elemental nutrients, are not recommended. At their best, they are only 50 percent as effective as food-based supplements. At their worst, they have harmful long-term side effects.
Use only Food Based Supplements
First and foremost, I will counsel you on how to obtain most of your nutrition from nutrient-rich, organic, whole foods. However, we're not perfect, and with our overly processed food supply, as well as chemically abused farm soils, our food typically contains fewer vitamins and minerals than they did just several decades ago.

Proper supplementation can help improve the immune system, reduce craving, improve energy levels, improve sleep, improve memory and address many health concerns like allergies and continue weight gain or unwanted weight loss.*
Considering the fact each person has unique nutritional requirements and the possibilities are endless the most effective method to clarify your nutritional requirements is to undertake a complete nutritional deficiency assessment and analysis of your current nutritional needs.

Consultations
Individual / Phone Consultations
I employ observation of the body and questioning about dietary habits to identify symptoms or signs of nutritional deficiencies. Furthermore, I will take in consideration your age, gender and any other factors such as high-stress levels, pregnant or nursing mothers, menstruating women, recovering from surgery, etc. to determine your specific nutritional needs.
Once an assessment is completed, I provide detailed recommendations regarding specific products, juice formulas, super-foods and other foods that would be beneficial. To conclude, I'll provide a supplement schedule outlining when and how much to take of each supplement. One or two consultations are all that is needed for sound and safe nutritional health for you and your family.
