Your Nutritional Needs
Many wellness concerns are linked to long-term nutritional deficiencies. Instead of focusing on restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all cleanses, I help clients identify and address nutrient gaps using whole foods, juices, herbs, and food-based supplements.
“You can trace every sickness, every illness, and every condition to a mineral deficiency.” — Linus Pauling
Even those who eat “healthy” often lack essential nutrients due to stress, age, poor digestion, depleted soil, or restrictive diets. According to traditional naturopathy and Ayurveda, each person has unique nutritional needs based on their body type (dosha), life stage, and digestive capacity (agni).
Why Food-Based Supplements Matter
Synthetic vitamins and minerals are often made from petroleum byproducts, rocks, or industrial waste. These forms differ chemically from nutrients found in real food—and are less effective or even harmful over time.
I recommend only whole-food and plant-based supplements—products that are closer to the forms found in nature. These are traditionally used to support digestion, vitality, immune strength, mental clarity, and hormonal balance.
