Corporate Transition & Ownership Notice

Effective October 1, 2025, all assets of the former Texas sole proprietorships known as Khabir’s Clinic and Southwick Health Ranch—including client files, educational materials, and goodwill—were transferred as follows:

• Consulting and educational operations → Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Filing ID #2025-001767769)

• All intellectual property, domains, and digital content → Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC (Wyoming)

The sole proprietorships were fully dissolved. All services and content now operate under these registered entities in compliance with federal and state law.

Website Ownership

SouthwickRanch.com is owned by Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC and operated under license by Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (WY).

Jurisdiction & Business Location

Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (“KHC”) is domiciled in Wyoming. It does not maintain any office, business registration, or permanent establishment in any other U.S. state.
All consultations and services are provided remotely. Contracts and service agreements are governed under the laws of Wyoming.

In-Person Services

As of October 1, 2025, KHC no longer provides in-person services in any U.S. state. All consultations are conducted remotely (via Zoom, phone, or email).

Operations & Staffing

KHC operates without full-time staff in the United States. All administration and client support are conducted by remote personnel, based in India.

• Consulting & Education: Khabir’s Health Consulting, LLC (WY)

• IP Rights Holder: Khabir’s Intellectual Property, LLC (WY)

All entities are in good standing with the Wyoming Secretary of State.

Use of the Term “Clinic”

The word Clinic is used only in the traditional and educational sense (i.e., “a session for instruction or remedial work”).
It does not imply any licensed medical facility or regulated healthcare provider.

Scope of Services

KHC provides educational services only, including:

• Ayurvedic and herbal wellness education

• Dietary and lifestyle coaching

• Instruction in traditional natural-health practices

Khabir Southwick is not a licensed physician or mental health provider in Texas or any other jurisdiction.
All guidance is non-medical and not a substitute for licensed healthcare.

Relationship to Product Products

KHC does not manufacture, sell, or ship any herbal products.
All products discussed during consultations are sold by Khabir’s Herbal Products, LLC (Texas), doing business as Herb Man Teas.

KHC and KHP are legally separate entities.

• KHP handles its own fulfillment, invoicing, and customer service for all herbal products. 

• KHC may receive referral commissions but exercises no control over product operations

• Product discussions are for informational purposes only
